Dr. Olpin has taught Stress Management, Mind/Body Wellness and other wellness-oriented classes at several universities around the country for nearly 25 years.

He is the author of several published books including his most recent UNWIND! 7 Principles for a Stress-Free Life (available in 4 languages), the college textbook Stress Management for Life and The World is NOT a Stressful Place: Stress Relief for Everyone.

Dr. Olpin has influenced many throughout the world through his classes, digital media downloads, and online presentations. He also recently created the #1 stress reduction, stress relief, and relaxation program – RELEASE.

Dr. Olpin is the founder and director of the Stress Relief Center at Weber State University that helps community members and students find opportunities to relax. He is also known for his professional workshops, seminars, trainings and also his work with individuals including parents, students, athletes and executives across the United States.

It is the most rewarding feeling to be a part of someone’s success over stress;
so much so that I have dedicated my life’s work to helping others by teaching them the things that I have learned over the past 30 years.

“I just want you to know that you did save my life.” 

“I had been suffering from depression for about 12 years now. I had an anxiety disorder that took me a couple years to overcome. I did not enjoy or have any desire to live life. I felt completely out of control. For the first time in 12 years, I can say I am happy and enjoy life. My road rage is completely gone now. I used to get headaches at least 3 or 4 times a week. Since I started, I have had one headache that didn’t last long. My mother and brother have told me how much happier and better I look countless times. The longest I have been angry is for a few seconds. I used to hold on to that anger for hours and even sometimes days. It took me between 30 minutes to an hour to fall asleep normally. Now it takes 5 minutes at most. I have regained control over my life, and my stress has gone away.

I really just wanted to thank you for teaching these things to me. I will never forget what this has done for me. I just want you to know that you did save my life.
